For this pretty piece i have used a vintage brass heart charm which reads Forget Me Not. Charm hangs from a delicate handmade polymar Forget Me Not flower by Elise Canning.
Choose either a 16'', 18'' or 20" antiqued gold plated trace chain, please let me know at checkout which length you would like.
I have made this piece with much love and thought.
