A lovely pair of very warm woollen socks with intricate colourwork, guaranteed to brighten up any grey winter day and add a little hygge to your life. So soft and squishy, they would make cozy bed socks or, in the traditional Scandinavian style, excellent skiing or apres-ski chalet socks.
A perfect gift for any occasion. Hand knitted by me in rural Suffolk.
Practical stuff: these socks can be machine washed at 30C (or hand washed), but don’t tumble dry. They’ll probably won’t need to be washed as often as synthetic socks, since wool has natural antimicrobial properties and stays fresh for longer.
Fibre content: wool 75%, polyamide 25%.
