Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Fields of Gold are such a common sight across Great Britain in the summer. A memory of hot sunny and carefree days.
Carefully selected fabric has been painted first and then embroidered with French Knot stitch. A unique and lasting piece of art that's a bit different.
Summertime is produced by hand, no machine embroidery here.
Floating from the background and mounted in a white box frame to enhance the textures and depth.
A great gift as it can sit on a shelf, it also comes with a hook if you want to hang it on the wall.
Everything I make is inspired by nature, and the result maybe abstract or literal. I work with clay, fabric and thread, and found objects from the countryside and seashore.
Your purchase will be beautifully wrapped, and where possible, I use recycled packaging for the outer packing. Please advise if your purchase is a directly delivered gift and I will ensure the outer packing is new.
