Needle felted otter on an otter themed fabric pincushion.
The otter is needle felted from Shetland and Corriedale sheep fleece with hand sculpted beeswax nose, feet and tiny horse hair whiskers. He is standing on the fabric pincushion which he is permanently attached to.
The pincushion is adorned with little buttons that are attached to each segment of the cushion.
The fabric I have used for the pincushion is an animal kingdom otter natural cotton by fryett’s which is stuffed with clean sheep wool.
Measures approximately: 15cm overall height x 15cm across the pincushion.
