I started in ceramics 7 years ago and recently had a studio built in my garden at home. I spend everyday enjoying making new pieces. It is the best feeling in the world to create beautiful ceramics for everyone to enjoy. I feel very proud when someone buys my items, as I consider that someone else has recognised me as credible artist.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Hand thrown stoneware mug. Each mug is totally individual. Do not expect perfect uniformity, however expect a beautiful, unique handmade item that will impress you guests when you invite them around for coffee. These mugs are dishwasher safe, but like any crockery it you want the colour to remain bright for longer, I recommend hand wash.
