My Summer Season Collection is full of summer botanicals, most grown in the beautiful Hampshire sunshine and pressed by me, before sunbathing with cyanotype to produce blue-and-white photograms. Perfect as gifts for plant lovers, house movers, family and friends.

Full description
There is 1 bundle for sale, containing 50 pretty paper off-cuts in various shades of Black, Chocolate Brown, Dark Brown and Ochre with touches of Beige and Coffee colours. Some have a faded look others have strong colours and patterns, due to the Cyanotype creation. For more information on Cyanotype Photograms see 'about' in my shop front.
These offcuts were all created originally as traditional or wet botanical Cyanotypes. When dried I have bleached and or dipped them in a bath of cold tea, this gives them their unique colours, created when the tannins from the tea mix with the iron compounds in the Cyanotype solution.
All are cut from my Original Cyanotype photograms and are on 300gsm watercolour paper. Some are remnants from trimming them to fit a mount, others are from exposure test strips, trials of new botanicals or themes.
Each off-cut piece is completely different, many show leaf and flower images from a wide range of botanicals, and some are just plain coloured ones.
These would be ideal for, Mixed Media artwork, Collage or Card projects, Journals, Scrapbooking, or Embellishing other artwork pieces, such as mosaic or weaving effects.
The bundle contains 50 pieces in an assortment of shapes and sizes ranging from 121mm x 30mm, 45mm x 30mm, 65mm x 15mm.
Photos show examples of the off-cut colours and shapes. The props used in the photos are for illustrative purposes only.
Posted out in a recyclable sleeve and card-backed envelope.
