Full description
A gorgeous vintage log cabin, curated into a hanging pocket with a primitive style display wire hanger. Display on its own, or fill with dried flowers or use in your sewing room for storing lightweight items.
The front of the pocket has been top edged and joined to the backing with hand blanket stitching, using embroidery thread. The backing fabric is a plain vintage French linen.
The front of the pouch has been decorated with three vintage Suffolk puff flowers and with stems of running stitch.
The pocket measures approx 21cm x 19cm.
The full length including the hanger is approx 31cm.
The log cabin patchwork panel is vintage and shows wear commensurate with its age, which just adds to the charm of the finished pocket. Please do not purchase if you like your vintage fabrics to be perfect.
