This cushion is a large appliquéd cushion,with a cheeky Donkey face on.
Pattern inspired by Delphine Brooks.
I have used an array of black,grey and white cotton fabrics to give his features definition. He has a bow tie in black and blue. Each piece has been attached using a blanket stitch.
I have then quilted the negative space with diagonal lines, which is sat on wadding.
The back is in a black cotton drill fabric and has a hidden zip in black.
It measures 18” x 18” or 45.5cms x 45.5cms.
