Item details

Nearly every day, when walking our dog, I've seen a magpie in more or less the same spot. With the well know rhyme in my head, I decided that if I ever saw it with a mate, I would turn the image into a print and call it 'Two for Joy.'

Full description

'Two for Joy' is an original linocut print on quality ivory coloured paper using black printing ink.

This print is unframed. The printed area is approximately 12.5 x 12.5 cm. The total paper size is 20.3 x 20.3 cm (8 x 8 inches).

Please note that as the print is handmade, editions may vary in both the intensity of the ink and consistency of tonal values across the image. This does however make your print unique and is one of the charming elements of the printmaking process.

Designed by Carl Bisat Marshall in Southwell
