I have had a long interest in fossils.
This is one of my collection using Ammonite fossils from the UK and further afield.
I do not use rare fossils, there were periods in the prehistoric times when mass extinctions occurred around the earth.
This pendant is surprisingly light, with my favourite bead material the Tagua Seed, as well as balanced by the vintage Whitby Jett beads.
The Tagua Seeds, also known as "Vegetable Ivory" are matured for 3 years before any work is carried out, producing a strong and light material. For full information have a look at the last image.
In colour this pendant can go with anything.

This ancient, bold coloured pendant contains:
20" Sterling Silver Snake Chain, Wire & Ring.
2 round Tagua Seed beads (2 sizes) in Saffron & Red colours.
1 Vintage Victorian Faceted Whitby Jett bead.
1 Jurassic Bifericeras Ammonite Fossil from Gloucester.
50.8 cm long, 11g in weight.
