Digital pattern download for a stained glass flower (orchid), for the copper foil (Tiffany) method. You will receive a 6-page PDF document with materials/tools list, step-by-step instructions, tips, photos and the numbered hand-drawn cutting pattern.
The PDF file will be emailed to you within 24 hours of purchase - USA/Canadian buyers will receive a PDF for 8.5" x 11" Letter paper and Europe/Rest of World buyers will receive a PDF for A4 paper.
This project has been designed to be specifically suitable for beginners - the cuts are all easy, and whilst building in 3D can be fiddly, I explain how to use blu-tack to help, and the pattern is very forgiving/adaptable. Of course, if you are a more experienced glasser, you will be able to adapt the pattern (for example, embellishing with more glass pieces in the centre).
The resultant orchid is approximately 2.5 inches (7 cm) wide, although the pattern can be scaled up/scaled down on your printer. The orchid could then be added to a wire stake, attached to a 2D glass panel, hung as a suncatcher, made into a brooch or used as a ring dish or tealight holder... the possibilities are endless!
This license for this pattern is for personal (hobby) use. Further sharing/reproduction of this pattern is prohibited.
