Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

I am not responsible for any dissatisfaction due to getting an item in a doggy box you did not want IF you did not read the description thoroughly and make a note on your order specifying your preferences. Please allow up to a week especially if I have to make more to order or add customisations, as I am chronically ill, neurodivergent and in a busy household. So sometimes need a bit more time. If you need posted by a specific date PLEASE let me know in order notes and I will be happy to accommodate :) I usually post asap same it next day where physically possible !!
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

These Christmas doggy boxes are a perfect gift for your furry friend for Christmas!! Each box contains 2 packets of Christmas edition/themed wagg treats, a Christmas Dog toy and either a large biscuit bone or a bag of smaller biscuits.
DISCLAIMER:
Contents will be randomly selected for each box you purchase (eg flavour of treats, toy) and I ask you to add a note to your order for whether youd like a bag of smaller biscuits or 1 large bone biscuit.
UNLESS; you have a preference or fussy dog; for example if you do not want a material toy or would prefer a rope toy, or do not want a rubbery textured squeaky toy and prefer a material one. OR, you'd like or not like a specific flavour of treats. For either case I'd ask you to specify any requests in order notes, or contact me to make sure I can accommodate you. If I am unable to complete a request, I will contact you to work it out. Thanks so much for reading this far!!
