Hello and welcome to my shop.
I've always loved making things and worked as a Graphic Designer for over twenty years. Nowadays I experiment with paints, fabric, collage and clay and particularly enjoy combining different materials and patterns to create colourful, unique mixed media pieces.

Full description
This pretty bug in a box would make a quirky little gift or keepsake. It has been made using an upcycled vintage matchbox and inside is a textile print of a beetle which I've embroidered with tiny flowers.
I've used a colour copy to decorate the top of the matchbox and made a matching gift tag. Other than the top, the remaining parts of the matchbox have been left in their original form.
When closed the box measures 50mm x 37mm.
PLEASE NOTE: this little artwork is a collectable or keepsake and is not suitable for young children or to be used as a toy.
