As a small batch maker with a focus on repurposing and scrap material use, most of my creations begin with the materials I have available.
As a child, I loved a show called Button Moon so I that is what I had in mind when I came up with the idea of putting my yarn and buttons to use in these decorations.

Full description
Bring a little colour magic to your home with one these lovingly made button moons. Blue represents peace, pink - love, grey - wisdom, yellow - prosperity. The moons are made from a variety of acrylic and natural wools yarns, with a wooden internal structure and decorated with vintage and recycled buttons and beads. Approximately 5 inches diameter, with a ribbon loop for hanging. Lovingly wrapped and sent in recyclable or reusable packaging. Due to small parts and delicate construction, these moons are for decorative purposes only.
