Standing at 8 “ tall ( if they could ) these most unusual teddies are few and far between, as they really are a labour of love. I crocheted each in fine cotton crochet thread in what is known as free-form crochet. The body, head, arms and legs are made first and the
‘ Scrumbles ‘ are crocheted free-form, to cover and fit the area and shape required - all out of my own head !
The thread is Crochet Alize Forever which is labelled as 100% Microfibres Acrylic which is finer than 4 ply and I have two colours to choose from. Burnt Orange and Purple.
They have acrylic safety eyes and nose and their arms and legs are attached with buttons so aren’t suitable for under 3’s and are a Collector’s item for the over 14’s. Each has a different look to each other and there isn't another collector’s bear which is exactly the same. I made each a little Rabbit pet for company
