As part of my quest to be more sustainable, and because I hate plastic, I'm drawn to make environmentally friendly alternatives to plastic shopping bags. Also, I love dragonflies! So making this tote was the natural thing for me to do.

This tote bag is a one-off creation, made using a gorgeous linen-look watercolour dragonflies fabric.
Fully lined, the bag has a handy inside pocket and strong handles, with 100% cotton interfacing to make the bag more robust.
The bag measures approximately 32cm (12.5 inches) high and 33.5cm (14 inches) wide.
The linen-look digital dragonfly fabric is 80% cotton. The lining in pistachio green is 100% cotton poplin. The handles are a polycotton blend.
Fully washable: a gentle wash at 40 degrees or lower recommended.
