Both Peridot and Black Spinel are traditional birthstones for August and Leo.
Peridot is the transparent form of the mineral Olivine, and was mined by the ancient Egyptians, who called it 'the gem of the sun'.
These AAA grade micro-faceted beads have a vibrant lime-green hue.
The Peridot ovals are a little paler, with good clarity and occasional inclusions.
Black Spinel is very durable and has high reflectance, meaning these beautifully cut cube beads have lots of sparkle and shine.

Full description
This dainty gemstone bracelet features 5x6mm roughly oval shaped peridot beads separated by 3.25mm AAA grade faceted Peridot rounds bracketed by AAA grade 2.5mm Black Spinel cubes and tiny 2mm gold vermeil spacer beads.
Peridot is one of the few gemstones to come in only one colour - green.
The flat ovals have good clarity, and the micro-faceted beads have good sparkle.
The faceted Black Spinel cubes have a lots of sparkle and shine.
I have added a 3mm gold vermeil laser cut stardust rondelle for an extra touch of bling.
The warmth of the gold vermeil beads bring out the colour of the Peridot and add to the shine.
Gold vermeil is sterling silver that has been plated with 18k gold, a higher quality, more durable finish than ordinary gold plated items.
Both Peridot and Spinel are birthstones for August and Leo, making this perfect for an August birthday gift.
It would also make a lovely anniversary gift, friendship gift, or simply a well-earned treat for yourself.

This stretch bracelet measures approximately 6.5 inches (16.5cm), ideal for a 6 inch (15cm) wrist.
Your bracelet will be wrapped in tissue and presented in a small organza gift bag.
