This tiny abstract landscape painting is based on a photo I took at low tide by the West Pier in Brighton. It is hand-painted on watercolour paper and mounted to 4" x 4".

This painting is a spacious and light abstract painting inspired by the wide open space created at the beach at low tide. The affirmation is "live".

The colours used are indian yellow, orange, vermillion and black with acrylic inks, drawing ink, pencils and soluble wax pastels. I used a very fine paintbrush to add details and a wooden tool to apply the ink. The affirmation is applied with archival ink.

This 2" x 2" tiny art is presented in a snow white mount measuring 4" x 4". It will pop into a 4" (10cm) square frame if desired.

These tiny art pieces are original and painted on my art table in Brighton. This piece is part of the Affirmations & Intentions collection, small reminders for when you need them.
