This Cow Birthday Card is measures 15 x 15cm and is printed on bright white silk 350gsm quality card.

It is left blank inside for your own message meaning you can use it to send whatever message you wish.

The painting on this card was part of a 'cow study' that I did in pastel pencils to improve my art skills and focus on the different forms, hair and shapes of the various animals roaming the Lincolnshire countryside where I live.

I wanted to include the traditional black and white British Fresian Cow as this is the image that comes to mind when someone mentions a farm animal like this cow!

I focused on the faces and they seemed to have so much expression and decided to create these cards as something a bit different.

Each card is printed by me at home using the best quality inks to ensure the image is clear and the colours are vibrant.

I was inspired to paint this image as I live in a little house in the countryside and we often see deer grazing in the field behind but never really saw any stags.

Each card is carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
