Following friends and others that had used some of our other products I was asked if I could come up with a solution for helping to relax and get off to sleep. This balm was created using some of the benefits of our other balms along with essential oils that aid relaxation and sleep without the disadvantages associated with many sleep remedies'. Apply to the temples, under your nose and behind the jaw line whenever you feel the need, it is safe to apply as often as you feel necessary. As it is applied as a balm the effects of the beneficial essential oils last for a long while and a tub will last you ages.
