Being a busy mum and a keen cook, I often ended up using a tea towels to cover up bowls to keep them hygienic before serving meals or while baking, I realised I needed something that was a little thicker and would stay in place, also allowing me to transport bowls of Salad etc to bring and share meals, so I same up with my bowl covers secured with elastic around the edge.
