My daughter is an avid reader and asked me to make her a pretty bookmark. I now seem to be a tad addicted to making pretty bookmarks and I have lots of new designs planned for my shop.

Full description
This gorgeous peacock bookmark has been created using copyright free paper napkins on a wooden bookmark blank. It measures approximately 12cm by 3 cm. It is decorated on both sides with different peacock designs.
I have painted the bookmark with white acrylic which then makes the colours pop when I added the decoupage peacock design. I have then sealed the bookmarks with multiple coats of matt varnish for protection and added a satin tassel in coordinating colours.
This would make a lovely gift for any book lover.
