Sea turtles never fail to make me smile, I could watch them for hours, on TV I should add, as I'm not the strongest of swimmers. I have a huge soft spot for their big eyes and beak. I'm mesmerised by their grace as they glide through the water. Did you know that sea turtles can hold their breathe underwater for up to 5 hours although they usually surface every 20 - 30 minutes.
The pattern I used for this seahorse was designed by Crafty Intentions.

Welcome to my shop.
This listing is for one limited edition piece of contemporary crochet, hand crafted using antique copper and brass wire, specifically the sea turtle shown in the images.
Did you know that, unlike knitting, crochet can not be done by a machine? I can guarantee that this beautiful piece of wire crochet is and will remain a limited edition sculpture made by myself, I will not make more than 100 Sea turtles in this size and colour. As of today, this is number 1.
Care:
Crochet wire is malleable and can be misshapen if not handled with care.

This wire sculpture is not a toy, it is not recommended for children.
