Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Here is a choice of nine different hanging decorations/gift tags, and you can choose 3 of them for £12 including postage (normally £5 each). This is ideal if you want several decorations but don't want to pay postage for each one. I have numbered each decoration as per picture, so to choose them, let me know the appropriate three numbers and enter in the box. Or put 'random' and I'll choose three random decorations if you wish. Also if you see other £5 decorations in my shop which aren't included here and would like to buy, leave a message in the box at checkout to say which three you'd like.
They are all made from air drying clay and some of them have been painted and varnished, but they are all unsealed on the back so you can write a message if you wish. These would make great gifts, e.g. teacher gift, or use them to decorate an 'easter tree' or for home decoration. Each decoration has been individually made and painted so may have some imperfections or be slightly different from the design pictured, this adds to their rustic charm.
They are not waterproof and for indoor use only. Clean with a dry or damp cloth. They will be presented in an organza bag and boxed for posting (free postage). As items sell I may alternate with different designs, so keep an eye out. If you'd like a design that is sold out, allow 3-4 days to make it.
