A note from the seller

Hello and welcome to my little Folksy shop! I’m based in West Yorkshire and make my artwork in my spare time. I love to create handmade mixed media art combining wire, paint, pencil, wording, interesting papers; textured, patterned or handmade. I often hand stitch onto the pieces as well. Wire is so versatile and has such malleability. It adds dimension and structure. Cups of tea & coffee, cats, flowers, nature, geometric shapes and architecture are my favourite inspirations. Oh, and love of course! The pieces are all my own designs and are created by me. From traditional cottage to modern contemporary in style and so will suit any style of home. I haven't added any new items for quite a while, mostly because of a hand injury. I'm pleased to say it's on the mend and I'll be working on new artwork over the next few months in my spare time when I'm not working or being a mum. Please message me if you can't quite find what you're looking for, or if you'd like something in a different colour or size, I'm more than happy to take requests. The artwork will be gift wrapped and can be posted directly to a recipient, just let me know. I'll add a handwritten note as well. I try to recycle whenever I can, so the outside packaging may not always look perfect but the inside packaging will definitely look pretty!
