You can be sure we send out items promptly, usually within a day of receiving your order - however because of new packing regulations WE CAN NO LONGER DELIVER TO SOME EUROPEAN COUNTRIES - they include Germany, Austria, France, Luxemburg, Lithuania, Poland, Greece and Spain. Any order that inadvertently requests delivery to affected countries will be cancelled and refunded. We are very sorry for any disappointment this may cause.
Northern seascapes have a breathtaking beauty all of there own and their beaches, rock pools and inlets are fascinating places to explore. The rocks however are unforgiving and many a ship has felt their teeth. ACEO's are a great way to capture the restless sea as the weather sweeps in and changes the aspect of the day in a trice. Here in Herefordshire the coast is far away - I do occasionally miss the sounds and scent of the sea, perhaps that is why I like to paint seascapes so much.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
This Watercolour seascape is an original ACEO painted by me. ACEO's are tiny & measure 3.5" x 2.5". This painting shows waves swirling against rocks, with mountains, seagulls and storm clouds in the background. I think it catches the essence of a cold sea under turbulent skies when the barometer is falling & a nasty squall could be on its way.

The painting is SUPPLIED WITHOUT A FRAME (framed photos of ACEO's are for example only). Items are supplied in a cellophane envelope & mounting slip included.
Painted using quality materials (usually Winsor & Newton Artists Watercolour, designers gouache, crayon) on 300 gm paper.
Colours may appear slightly different when viewed on screen.
On the back is the title, my signature & mark, & date.
UK Items sent in protected packaging, Royal Mail 'signed for' & 'first class'.
International deliveries are sent Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. TIME TAKEN TO REACH YOU VARIES COUNTRY TO COUNTRY. Please allow time for customs clearance and local restrictions. Buyer is responsible for additional local tax and duty
Copyright remains with the artist and we recommend keeping the ACEO out of very bright light to inhibit fading.
