About Fififoxi

Fififoxi

Paintings, prints and colourful crafts - I make art for everyone!

Hi I'm Anna at Fififoxi and I love painting and creating.

I live and work in an old water mill in Herefordshire, surrounded by gardens and countryside that never fail to inspire me.

Most of my life I've worked as an artist and designer in various creative roles and have been selling online for some time. I really feel at home here on Folksy because it's such a friendly creative space with a real commitment to genuinely original handmade art and crafts.

I love to try out different ideas and enjoy producing original new items (along with old favorites) I hope you like the results. My work is quite varied and I am just as happy painting a tiny little watercolour as I am folding an Origami parrot.

If my work has a theme then it would be the natural world. I am particularly fond of animals, birds and flowers as subjects and I also love painting landscapes. Some people have noticed a little touch of Scandinavian style occasionally creeps in to my work, I think I've been inspired by my Swedish granny who introduced me to the magical art of Scandinavia. The Swedish theme is very noticeable in my Christmas crafts and cards.

Occasionally I have the assistance of two pussy cats who love to 'lend a paw' when I'm working - they seem to be most helpful when I am working with wriggly string!
