Thanks for visiting my shop! I'm an artist that works in a variety of media including dip pen, paint and printmaking. Full description

These cute lightweight wood toadstool earrings are a perfect gift for a nature lover. They're created using pyrography, which is burning on wood. I sketch the design, then transfer it to each wooden piece and use a pyrography tool to burn the design by hand. Due to the fact they're hand drawn they don't match perfectly. These are then coloured with acrylic inks and varnished to protect them.

Theyre created on squares of 1.5mm thick plywood. The squares are approximately 5cm across and the total drop is approximately 7.5cm. I've used surgical steel earwires. I try to minimise pacaking on all my products but please be aware for hygiene reasons these come on a card in a cellophane bag. I ship these in a large letter sized box to protect them during postage.

It's best to keep wood items away from extremes of temperature, humidity, and water. Please be aware skin lotions and fragrance can affect your jewellery.

Colours can appear differently on different monitors and devices, and since wood is a natural item there will be imperfections.
