18mm 28L almost 3/4" French made 1980's Antique Brass shank buttons.
Base material is ABS which is a composite which plated looks like real metal without the weight
Otherwise a button of this size would be totally unusable..
Check out the tooling on these now very rare buttons....
The attached video is of the smaller 15mm...... pictures are correct
