Full description
A lovely ceramic moon altar which fits into the palm of your hand. Beautiful as a space-themed wall art decoration or for displaying your most cherished small items, such as crystals, trinkets and treasures.
Created by hand using clay slab, a hand formed miniature astronaut depicted here dancing on the newly discovered surface! The cabinet was fired twice in the kiln - once for solidifying the piece and a second firing for the vitrification of the glazes.
This micro altar is full of stunning detail. The antics of the dancing cosmonaut is a moment frozen in time. The moon is dual textured - with a glossy interior and matte exterior.
The rocket, depicted on the top of the moon surface, has a small drill hole measuring approximately 3mm for mounting onto walls.
