I just love making Teddy Bears......I came across the story of how a chimney sweep 200 years ago stopped the runaway horse and carriage of King George II . So the tradition was started of when a chimney sweep attended your wedding it was a sign of good luck and fertility.

At a loss for what to buy for a wedding present look no further meet Charlie.

To have a chimney sweep at your wedding day is a sign of Good Luck and Fertility for the newly wed couple .This is a 200 year old timeless tradition from when a chimney sweep saved the life of George 11 by stopping his runaway horse and carriage.

Charlie stands 31cm (12") tall and is hand sewn antique gold mohair. He has an outfit of dungaree and a faux leather waistcoat and cap.

Charlie was made with love.
