Hi, I'm The Old Button - welcome to my shop and I hope you find lovely things that you would like to buy.
I post every day, using Royal Mail First Class for cards, and Track 24 for all other items, and I can post directly to the recipient - see my Upgrades listings. Dispatch times are currently 1-3 days for most of my makes, with a few taking longer as indicated in the item details.
In the busy run up to Christmas, I'm no longer taking commissions for my embroidered play scenes and my patchwork quilts, but I have gift voucher options. The last day for ordering my custom hand embroidered Christmas stockings and Child's Drawing Pictures is Monday 9th December. For all other items I will be open right up until Christmas week.
This is one of my favorite prints, I just love it. The fairies are just the right size for these hanging hearts. For these hearts, I have paired it with some gorgeous unicorn fabrics.
The hearts are also eco-friendly - as I use offcuts from my Christmas Stockings, Santa Sacks and Christmas Aprons that would otherwise go to waste. I also use recycled buttons from my collection.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Gorgeous sparkly fairy heart, reversing to a beautiful unicorn - what more can you ask for? Sold singly, or as a pair, my stuffed hanging fabric hearts are perfect for decorating a child's bedroom or a thoughtful gift for anyone who believes in fairies and unicorns.
As well as being lovely tied with ribbon to a beautifully wrapped present, they can also be used at Christmas to decorate your tree or hung on a wall, bedpost or mantelpiece.
The fabric on the fairy side has a little bit of sparkle with some silver glitter adorning the dresses and wands, and the unicorn side has a beautiful floral print in either blue or green. Generously stuffed with toy filling, and finished off with a hanging ribbon and a couple of retro buttons from The Old Button's box.
There are a few styles of fairies (see the photos) that will be chosen at random, and the placement of the fairies and unicorns will be different from heart to heart. Button colours will also vary but will complement the prints.
