I absolutely adore the beach as much of my art will show you. This piece is based on a little memory of a rockpool where I found some sand, shells and the water had seafoam on it still.
I have used an eco friendly epoxy resin and added sand, shells and gold glitter to it at the bottom. The rest is aqua tinted with white pigment swirling on the surface and set it within a long oval silver colour bezel. You can feel the shells protruding from the surface of the resin. The water colour is slightly darker than the photo suggests.
It is 4.6cm tall excluding the bail and comes with an 18" silver coloured chain.
A simple yet unique piece would make a loving gift for any occasion.
