Overnight bag weekend bag Mary Poppins style carpet bag tartan travel bag
This large weekend bag is made from Brtish wool tweed tartan by Art of the Loom called fruit salad, the colours are just stunning.
This is a Mary Poppind style carpet bag featuring a spring loaded bag frame, a twist bag lock on the fron, a large zip pocket on the back, a semi solid bag base with bag feet. it also has handcrafted leather carry handles and a detachable and adjustable leather shoulder strap.
Inside the bag is fully lined in a beige and black mulberry tree linen and features a large zip pocket and 2 slip pockets, as well as a key clip and D rings for the detachable shoulder strap.
All bag hardware is in antique brass finish.
Measurements approx
36 cm ( 14" ) tall x 48 cm ( 19") across the base x 23 cm ( 9" ) deep base, as this bag has a spring frame, it will open out to 41 cm ( 16" ) x 20 cm ( 8" ). The leather handles are approx. 41 cm long. The detachable strap is approx. 80 cm long but can be made longer. The carry handles are approx 18" from end to end plus connectors
