I was stacking firewood in my shed when i came across a particularly nice piece of ash wood with a beautiful grain.
I turned it over in my hands, wondering what I could do with it as it was far too nice to just burn.
Taking it into my workshop, I first sawed all the rough cut edges off and then planed smooth.
I’d always wanted to try and make a bandsaw box, so I let my inspiration run riot and came up with what you can see in the photos.
