Please note that all cards are delivered in a rigid bubble or cardboard envelope. For larger items we use recycled and reused packaging where possible. This will include bubble wrap and plastic packaging which we hope you can reuse. All items are sent by Royal Mail second class delivery.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Birthday card or other special occasion card.
This bright and colourful greetings card is perfect for sending best wishes to someone special.
The card has an ivory base which has been layered with gold mirror card and a brightly coloured coordinating paper featuring butterflies. A gold strip with a purple paper layer has been applied in 3D.
The words ‘Spread Your Wings and Learn to Fly’ and butterflies have been added in 3D.
The card measures 15 x 15 cms approximately and has been left blank for your own greeting.
