From paintings and prints to miniatures and greetings cards, they're all designed and handmade by me in my Herefordshire studio. I hope you find something you like.
You can be sure we send out items promptly, usually within a day of receiving your order - however because of new packing regulations WE CAN NO LONGER DELIVER TO SOME EUROPEAN COUNTRIES - they include Germany, Austria, France, Luxemburg, Lithuania, Poland, Greece and Spain. Any order that inadvertently requests delivery to affected countries will be cancelled and refunded. We are very sorry for any disappointment this may cause.
Historically flowers have always been favorite theme of artists and decorators - that's not surprising as they are so beautiful and the subject is so versatile. Old Master painters like Odilon Redon, Monet and Georgia O'Keeffe spent a great deal of time trying to catch their fleeting floral beauty and I like to think I am carrying on an ancient tradition when I paint these subjects. I take great care in choosing a frame that will enhance the painting and often refurbish frames to compliment a certain painting.
I like to have little paintings for sale because they are a great way to own original art at affordable prices and they make lovely everlasting gifts for any occasion.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
This small original framed watercolour painting of sky blue forget-me-not's is signed & dated by me. Painted using the best professional artist quality materials the sky blue flowers and fresh green foliage is enhanced by the choice of a lightly distressed cream and gilt frame. The fragility and delicacy of the pretty flowers make this little painting an attractive gift for any occasion.
Measuring 15 x 15 cm. in total (inner dimension 5 x 5 cm.) the gilded and lightly distressed hardwood frame is recycled from a high quality frame. All my recycled or vintage frames have been thoroughly cleaned and refurbished. I use recycled frames because this helps the environment. Small blemishes and imperfections are commensurate with aged and distressed frames.
