A very warm welcome to my collection of original artwork.
If you are buying artwork as a gift, I can gift wrap the painting and send it on to the recipient. Just send me the details at checkout. Prior to posting, framed paintings will be covered with glassine paper before being carefully encased in a protective wrap. Wherever possible, I reuse internal wrapping materials I have collected. The painting will then be secured in a heavy duty mailing box. For unframed artworks, the paintings will be mailed in a reinforced, hard backed envelope.
(075) This original painting is called, 'Ben Nevis'. It is a place I've visited many times and in all weathers. It would make an ideal gift for any occasion or it can be perfect for brightening up any small space you have in your home.

Full description
This is an original landscape painting of Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in Scotland. It’s near Fort William in the north west Highlands.
The blue sky is reflected in the river surrounded by heather, trees and shrubs. When the sun is shining, there’s nothing finer than to be outdoors to breathe in the fresh mountain air. I have used palette knives to capture the mighty mountain and a mix of brushes and nails to apply paint to the mid & foreground.

- This is an original, one-off, acrylic painting on a sealed canvas panel.
- It is set in a contemporary wooden frame.
- The artwork can be free standing or hung.
- The painting has a protective coat applied and has been varnished.

This framed artwork of Ben Nevis will be posted out by first class Royal Mail. The painting will be covered with glassine paper before it is carefully encased in bubble wrap (or equivalent). It will then be secured in a heavy duty mailing box.
If sold, 30% of the proceeds will go on buying essential dog equipment that will be donated to the Guide Dog For The Blind Association.
