Little paper puffin birds handmade from recycled vintage books pages
This is for a set of 2 puffins - also available individually or in sets of 3
Handmade, whimsical artworks to make your living space even more joyful, calming and inspiring. These nature inspired pieces are perfect to gift to someone special or keep yourself. Magical and inspired designs with an emphasis on sustainability and supporting the planet.
These animals are composed of vintage book pages, glue and acrylic paint
Each sculpture is sculpted entirely from paper - I do not use any wire structure underneath
I paint each animal carefully by hand
Each sculpture is unique in shape, appearance and character
Size is approximately 4cm height
Options are available for different colours and sizes
My animals are completely solid and lightweight. They are robust and do not break if dropped.
My animals are inspired by the natural world, wildlife, folklore, my childhood and walking in the forest near my home in Scotland.
All of my artworks are completely unique and may vary from piece to piece, screen to screen, and real life to photo. I photograph all my artworks in natural light and try to capture the character of each piece as best I can. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
I use artists’ quality acrylic paint on my models so they are colour fade resistant and water resistant and are intended for indoor use
