Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Place Cards - Purple Rose Personalised
Beautiful hand crafted Purple Rose place cards, made just for you.
Each set includes 10 place cards measuring approximately 4cm height and 8cm in width and are printed on premium smooth white 300g card.
The place cards include my Rose design, these come personalised with your guests names printed on. I will contact you once the order is placed to ask for a printed list of guest names. I ask for a printed list over handwritten names as to no confusion over hand writing styles. Please also double check all spellings as once printed any changes and reprints will unfortunately acquire an additional cost.
These Purple Rose place cards make great decoration's for any table at a wedding, celebration or tea party.
