Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Our shop has recently updated all of our sticker designs by producing them with waterproof sticker paper and making them all easy peel.
Therefore, we have a lot of excess stock from our older designs left over and thought that a great way to use them up was to introduce these mystery sticker packs to our shop.
Each pack will come with a set of 5 randomly selected stickers from our original stock as well as one of our new easy peel stickers for you to try out.
You will see some example packs in listing photos of what kind of stickers you might receive.
Please note our older stock stickers included in this pack are not waterproof.
