Full description
Made using soft merino wool this sage green scarf has a white floral design. Several fine layers of merino wool fibres have been laid out and further fibres added to the surface to create the design. The scarf has then been wet felted which causes the woollen fibres to bind together to make a soft woollen fabric. The resulting floral scarf is a lightweight scarf, measuring approximately 168cm x 27cm. The scarf is long enough to wrap around the neck or tie in a knot to provide extra warmth if required.
Please note: The floral design has been applied to one surface only, the reverse has been left plain.
Wool is a natural fibre making it eco friendly, sustainable and biodegradable. It is breathable and reacts to the body temperature giving warmth in the winter but cool in the summer making this an all season accessory. A lovely gift for mothers day or any other occasion.
The scarf will be shipped wrapped in tissue paper with a card explaining the felting process and washing instructions.
Handwash only in warm water. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
