I like to convey the fleeting nature of sighting an animal in its environment and I believe that the medium of engraved glass does that, we often get an image of an animal in a flash of light from an open door or a passing headlight. My pictures on glass are made up of thousands of tiny scratches that trap the light and make an image that is permanent and can be passed down through generations of collectors.
