You can be sure we send out items promptly, usually within a day of receiving your order - however because of new regulations WE CAN NO LONGER DELIVER TO CERTAIN COUNTRIES INCLUDING EU MEMBER COUNTRIES. Any order that inadvertently requests delivery to affected countries will be cancelled and refunded. We are very sorry for any disappointment this may cause.
I've always loved the Border country with its historic castles that have been home to families for generations. These ancient buildings are a wonderful subject for a painting and this one is drawn partly from my imagination and partly from houses I have known and loved.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
This tiny miniature painting is Dollhouse scale (the size of a large postage stamp) and shows a landscape with castle, trees and lake. This original is hand-painted by me in fine quality watercolour. This atmospheric painting looks like a scene from a 'Gothic' novel and captures the strange beauty of the moors with an ancient castle brooding under a sullen grey sky.

Measuring 4 cm x 2.7 cm (6 cm x 4.5 cm inc. frame). It is tiny 'Dolls House' 1:12th scale.
Supplied in a handmade distressed frame with a light bronzed gold finish to suggest an aged appearance.
The title, materials used, signature, date and artists mark (W A) are on the back of the painting.
All my work is made using the finest materials - professional artist grade (typically Winsor and Newton artists watercolour on 300 gm paper).
UK items are sent in protected packaging - Royal Mail 'signed for'
International deliveries are sent Royal Mail 'International tracked and signed. THE LENGTH OF INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES WILL VARY COUNTRY TO COUNTRY and may take some time due to local regulations and Customs restrictions.
Items should be kept out of direct sunlight or bright light to avoid fading.
Colours viewed on line may differ from actual 'real life' colour.
