Snowdrops are a sign of lighter days, and after our first winter in Scotland it is a time that I am very much craving. I also love the simplicity of these flowers in comparison to more "showy" flowers, so I had to try and capture that simplicity in lino.

Full description
A simple coloured print of a snowdrop enclosed within a coloured circle and printed onto smooth white A4 paper. The print has been created using the reduction method, removing layers of lino to apply different colours because of this no further prints can be made.
Prints have been hand pressed in my printing press, and there maybe some variations between each print which highlights the handpressed element.
A limited print run of 11 prints have been made, each print has been numbered and initialled by myself. Five of these prints have been placed in store and the remaining prints are available here, when you purchase a print you will receive the next numbered print
