I was looking for tools to help with my grief and healing. Something that would be tactile and comforting to hold. It had to be a natural material that exchanges warmth with whoever holds it like clay and wool for example. Around the same time, I was extensively reading about labyrinths (not the David Bovie one) the idea of walking one resonated with me. And after making and using large and small ones and receiving such positive feedback from my customers I can say with full confidence that it is indeed a wonderful tool for self-care.

Some say labyrinths act as a metaphor for traveling inwards to the soul. Others say they act as a calming device because they simply provide people with a contemplative space to meditate.
There is no right or wrong way to use the labyrinth!
