When I'm out walking or driving somewhere, there are some days that start with a purplish, bluey-grey light. It may only last a moment but can happen at any time of the year. Sometimes this light is dappled, sometimes its crisp and sharp and sometimes, soft - when the colours seem to blend and meld together.
My best inspiration comes from what I see around me and that is what I have tried to create with the colours in this cowl.
