Upon retiring from a long and happy career as a physiotherapist, I embarked upon an applied arts degree. This led me to ceramics, where I have discovered a passion for combining glazed earthenware, lightbox drawings and gold leaf to create completely unique decorative pieces.
Each and every piece I make is one of a kind.

This unique, decorative plate is part of The Carboard Ceramics Collection from award-winning ceramicist, Frances Lee.
The Carboard Ceramics Collection features a mixture of press moulded and slab built white earthenware, using a mold of cardboard used to create the cardboard effect. All of the designs are finished in a transparent glaze and decorated with fine line pen and watercolour images made into transfers and a colour onglaze.
Not suitable for use with food.
Caution- the edges of the cardboard plates can be sharp.
