Full description
Heliotrope Smallnose-Fosdyke is the twin sister of Hydrangea and can be told apart from her twin by her right-hand parting. She is joint owner of Fosdykes Plant Emporium that was left to the twins by their father, Colonel Fortescue Fosdyke.
In her spare time she crochets Badger Cardigans.
