I am constantly inspired by nature and love to find ways to capture and preserve the beauty of it. Cyanotype is a perfect way to do this, making a beautiful imprint of all the leaves and flowers that capture my eye.

Full description
This is a beautiful handmade bookmark using the cyanotype process to create an original and unique design. I use pressed flowers that I gather myself. Each leaf and flower is handpicked for its individual beauty and detail that can be preserved using this simple but effective technique.
I have used fine watercolour paper weighing 300gsm to ensure quality and sturdiness to ensure it stands the test of time. This bookmark is perfect for the avid reader, with an added gold tassel to help you find your place quickly whilst adding a complimentary colour to the bookmark. - bookmarks are 2 x 6 inches in size
- it is advised not to store this item in direct sunlight as colours may fade over time
- every endeavour has been made to capture the true colours of this piece, however it may vary depending on the screen you are viewing it on
- there may be some markings on the back of the bookmark left from the process of creating and developing the cyanotype
- sealed in protective packaging and sealed in an envelope, posted 2nd class via the royal mail.
